How quickly will I receive my order?
We pride ourselves on a quick turnaround - we aim to e-mail all digital orders within 3 hours (within office hours) but most are processed immediately by a team of skilled in-house operators. All post orders are dispatched the same day (within office hours) if received before 16.30. Our opening hours are: Mon/Tues 9 - 18, Wed 9.30 - 18, Thurs 9 -19, Fri 9 - 18, Sat 9 - 14

Why do some of your products have VAT on them and others don't?
If we post or supply a paper map/plan these products are zero rated by the UK Government but if we provide a product digitally (e.g. by email) this is classed as a service and therefore VAT is applicable

Yes. We sell our products worldwide

Confused about map scales?
The smaller the number, the greater the detail of the map. For example: 1:500 has a greater detail than 1:10,000...

What scale do I require for Planning Permission in the UK?
Our most popular basic Planning Permission Map is a 1:1250 plan but different local authorities require different map scales - we cover them all though 1:500, 1:1250 and 1:2500

What is the difference between Vector data and Raster data?
Vector data is represented as a series of two-dimensional coordinated lines and points, Computer-aided design (CAD) systems are able to interpret this type of digital data

Raster data represents map detail as a flat image, similar to a photograph, they are made from a matrix of individual pixels - we supply our raster data in tif format, the majority of PCs or Macs can open these products without the need to have specialist software
